I was treated as an actual person and listened to so that my individual needs could be addressed. The process of how this was going to happen was also explained to me along with the devices that may be used and again the reason why. I came away feeling very positive that that my future solution was going to be something to support me whilst keeping me as mobile & unrestricted as possible.

Brilliant department and brilliant hospital. I was treated quickly for something that could have been serious. The doctors and nurses were lovely and explained everything.They were friendly and professional and kept me informed of evethat was happening and all the possible outcomes. I can't thank them enough, just brilliant and a credit to the NHS and themselves.
